ROVER X

The third and final limited edition bike released to celebrate our 10th birthday is a fine specimen of the youngest model in our fleet – the Rover. Originally introduced in 2018, it was a culmination of several years of R&D work and a number of partial steps towards making an off-road bike with dropbars and no suspension.

Our goal was to design a bicycle that would perform without compromise, both on and off-road. The Rover frame can compete with the best road frames available. On tarmac, it gives rides that are exactly what you would expect from a top-quality road bike. Off-road, the Rover is nimble without being naughty. You will always feel perfectly in control on it. And the comfort designed into the frame is simply amazing.

Over the two and a half years we have been building Festka Rovers, we have got the choice of components perfectly dialed. The anniversary specimen is equipped with what we believe suits it best: ENVE cockpit and SES wheels, Selle Italia SLR Boost saddle and SRAM Force eTap Wide 2x groupset.

As with the previous two anniversary bikes, the unifying features of their design schemes are naked carbon and 24 carat gold Xs on the down tubes symbolising our 10th birthday as well as the number of limited edition pieces in a Roman numeral. Each of the Xs is further marked by numbers 1-10 for each frame in the limited run. They are sold on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.
