1. GETTING STARTED

One of the beauties of buying a custom bike is participating in the process leading up to your first ride. We are here to discuss every aspect of your future machine. Here's a list of what we have to go through together: model, size/geometry, design level, customization and components. Some of those will be a breeze, some may take a while to decide or organize. We don't have to deal with everything to the minutest details at this point but we will need to agree on all the key parameters.

2. PLACING YOUR ORDER

As soon as we have the critical details of your bike sorted out, we will ask you to pay a 40% deposit to progress to the next stage. Here we will get down to details such as the frame geometry and choice of components. Once we have all these important issues sorted out, your frame will go into production and components will be ordered. Please note that it is only now that the lead time begins.

3. PRODUCTION

If you thought you were going to spend the production time sitting and waiting, you couldn't be more wrong. This is the time to get to the fine details of your design scheme - the colour combinations, finishes and personalisation features. We will also keep you in the loop about what's happening with your frame and send you photos of it at three key moments.

4. BALANCE & SHIPPING

With the completion date within reach, we will ask you to pay the balance and make shipping arrangements with you. Careful packing is included in the price of your frame/bike. We ship most frames with FedEx but other arrangements are possible. You will be very welcome to take personal delivery of your bike. The cake is on us!

5. FIRST RIDE

If you ordered a fully built bike there will be little to do before you can hop on it. If you would like to make sure everything is as it should be, do ask your trusted mechanic to do the final assembly and check for you.
